How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability. For custom cakes and larger orders, please allow more time. 3. Where do I pick up my order? Orders can be picked up at our home bakery. Please contact us at 914-452-2511 or DM us on Instagram at Gxlden Confections for the pick-up address. 4. What is the pick-up policy? You have 1 hour from your scheduled pick-up time to collect your order, or additional cost of $10 may apply. Please ensure your order is ready before arriving. 5. Do you offer delivery or shipping? Currently, we do not offer delivery or shipping services. All orders must be picked up at our home bakery. 6. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed? Yes, you can make changes after 24 hours of making your purchase. After 24 hours, we may not be able to accommodate. Please contact us as soon as possible to make adjustments. 7. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle and Venmo. 8. Are your products nut-free/gluten-free/dairy-free? At Gxlden Confections, we prioritize your safety and satisfaction. Our products may contain eggs, wheat, soy, milk, peanuts, and tree nuts.
