2. Orders
- A minimum order of $45 is required.
- Orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance.
- All orders are subject to availability.
3. Payment
- Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.
- Accepted payment methods include: Credit Cards, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Square
4. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
- Orders canceled within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or give refunds.
- If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns.
6. Pickup and Delivery
- Customers may choose to pick up their orders or have them delivered within the Tampa Bay area.
- Delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
- Gxlden Confections is not responsible for delays or damages caused during pickup or delivery.
7. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
- Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing your order.
- While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our products are free from allergens.
8. Event Coordination and Setup
- Event coordination and setup services are available upon request.
- Additional charges apply for these services and will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

- All content, images, and materials on our website and social media platforms are the property of Gxlden Confections and may not be used without permission.
